Service Providers and Processing Locations

This list supplements the Privacy Policy and identifies the principal third-party service providers AIVIZA currently uses to process User Content and the service categories they provide. We will update this list when a provider or processing activity materially changes and provide separate notice where required by law.

This is a public overview. It does not replace our internal vendor register, data-processing agreements, or enterprise data-processing agreements. Actual processing locations, scope, and retention may vary by selected feature, region, and configuration.

Additional information

  • AWS services process User Content only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the storage, transcription, summarization, question-answering, or other feature you request.
  • We do not use User Content to train AIVIZA's own general-purpose models. AWS Amazon Transcribe / Amazon Bedrock provide ASR and related speech processing; OpenAI is used only for LLM features.
  • Where cross-border transfer safeguards are required by applicable law, we use the applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, UK international data-transfer addendum, or another valid safeguard.
